Principal’s Parent Advisory Group - Contact Information

Elementary School

Middle School/High School

The overriding purpose of the Principal’s Parent Advisory Group is to have a parent group that is aware of what is going on in the school and available to help when needed. They provide suggestions and assistance with topics such as spring event ideas, prom venues, NHS projects, social media suggestions, iForward merchandise, and quarterly homeroom ideas. They also help with one-time projects, such as a website redesign, criteria for the National Citizenship award, etc. We look at the school through a broad lens to see how we can support it and make it better. For example, the mixer games at in-person events were suggested by the parent advisory group. Virtual family field trips for those who cannot travel were also suggested. In addition, the group reviews our state report card to understand which metrics the state uses and how our school can improve.

There are four meetings a year that last about forty – five minutes each. Principal Parent Advisory Board members have their email published to our families so that if a family has an idea or suggestion, they can be contacted.
