I am Andrea Nightengale, and I am excited to become part of the iForward team! I graduated from Concordia University, Saint Paul with my BS in Elementary Education and went on to earn my MA in Elementary Education from UW-Stout, along with my Reading Teacher License. I've taught first grade for 11 years, 9 in the Grantsburg School District and 2 in the Webster School District. I truly enjoy first grade and think it's where the magic happens. One of the greatest joys of my job is watching my student's grow into confident readers, writers and thinkers. I live in Danbury, WI with my three year old daughter Madilynn. In my free time I love to spend time on the lake, read, run, and have just taken up gardening! I'm looking forward to a fantastic school year filled with learning, laughter, and lots of growth!
