Kevin Parker

As a life long learner and educator since 1988, I am excited to begin our virtual education journey, together. While there have been glimpses of virtual education in my career to date, I’ve mainly been involved in the education world in brick and mortar buildings. I’m looking forward to working with the students, families, staff, and administration at iForward. All education is about learning. This learning includes learning about yourself as well as the content. I believe learning mathematics is like solving a puzzle. One of my favorite quotes is about being a leader from John Quincy Adams 6th US President. “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” I look forward to learning about your leadership abilities and how we can help each other with the course content. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my wife of 31 years, Rene. Along with our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. We also enjoy time with our son and his girlfriend. I am a WIAA official in football, wrestling, baseball and softball. I truly enjoy staying in touch with youth and sports which meant so much to me growing up through high school and college. If I’m not with family or officiating, you’ll probably find me on a pickleball court or golf course.
